Heico Sportiv Volvo V60

The new Volvo V60, especially with its R-Design package, reminds us why we love Volvo wagons. Sophisticated but humble, sharp but clean, and powerful but refined- all essential characteristics for a no-compromising sport wagon. Yet even with 300 horsepower and a turbocharged engine, this isn’t enough for many enthusiasts. Enter German tuner German tuner Heico Sportiv. With over twenty years tuning Volvos, much of that on the Nurburgring, Heico has the knowledge and tools to fix the V60’s horsepower deficit.

With new software, Heico boosts the V60’s horsepower to 330 and torque to an impressive 340 lb-ft. With Volvo’s all-wheel drive, this allows the V60 T6 to reach sixty in 5.9 seconds and reach a limited 155 miles per hour. Not too shabby for a 3900 lb grocery-getter!

Yet unlike less experienced tuners, Heico’s V60 package also includes suspension and cosmetic upgrades. The Swede wagon gets quad exhaust tips, a full aero package with a front and rear diffuser, and either 18 inch or 20 inch forged alloys. For the interior, Heico adds a brushed aluminum pedal set, foot rest, and shift knob. Unless Volvo decides the offer a V60 R, this package is the best bet for Volvo Wagon enthusiasts!
